Supported channels
Every listing and every update is reviewed by a person before it goes live. Packages are scanned for malware, and confirmed threats block downloads.
If Kurodyne requests changes, you can edit and resubmit the listing. Pending edits don't change the approved version buyers see. When you submit an update, you choose one of two buyer access channels: continue the current channel to give existing buyers the approved update with their next download, or start a new channel that applies only to future purchases.
Kurodyne publishes your approved product details to the Catalog, the public product page, the Operator, structured search data, and the public MCP catalog for AI clients that support MCP.
You manage the listing once. Third-party AI clients and search engines control what they recommend, display, or index.
You can issue a full or partial refund from the Sales page when the product file is corrupted, access details do not work as listed, or the product is materially different from its listing. Each payment covers one product. A partial refund keeps buyer access. Successful refunds that together cover the full payment end future access and hide the review, though you can restore access from the Sales page.
Investigate duplicate or unauthorized payments and refund them in Stripe Dashboard so Stripe records the payment issue correctly. If a sale includes a Kurodyne platform fee, a refund issued in Stripe Dashboard doesn't return that fee to your Stripe balance automatically. You can contact Kurodyne support to ask for it back. Card chargebacks use Stripe's dispute process(opens in a new tab) in Stripe Dashboard. Buyer access remains available while a dispute is pending and ends if the buyer wins.
Kurodyne protects hosted files by tying download access to the buyer's account, not a shareable URL. Each request is checked against the purchase and current payment status, then recorded on the account.
Access ends when successful refunds cover the full payment or a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor. No marketplace can prevent a buyer from copying a file after downloading it.
