- Contact the seller through Support on the purchase in your Library or on the product page. The seller's options can include Kurodyne Relay (Kurodyne's buyer-seller messaging) and external channels such as Discord, email, Telegram, or WhatsApp. Some options appear only after purchase.
- Contact Kurodyne support if the purchase doesn't show Support, the seller offers no support, or the seller doesn't resolve the issue. Send the product link and purchase details through the Kurodyne contact form. For a refund claim about a problem listed in Can I get a refund?, submit your claim within 7 days of purchase.
Kurodyne may help resolve the issue, but the sale remains between you and the seller, who is the merchant of record.
You can claim a refund when a product has one of these problems:
- A package is corrupted or contains malware.
- A product key you received doesn't work as disclosed.
- The product is materially different from its listing, such as when major features shown in previews are missing.
Kurodyne's refund process is voluntary, and outside these problems, purchases are nonrefundable after download or access. The process doesn't limit a refund right or another remedy that applicable consumer protection law makes nonwaivable.
Contact the seller first. If you can't reach the seller or the seller doesn't resolve the issue, contact Kurodyne support within 7 days of purchase. This window doesn't shorten any period that applicable consumer protection law provides. Kurodyne investigates and may ask the seller to fix the problem in an approved update, ask the seller to refund you, or process the refund on the seller's behalf. A refund goes back to your original payment method, and Stripe may ask you to take an action before it can complete one.
The process doesn't provide a refund because you change your mind after downloading or accessing the product, prefer a different product, or find a cheaper alternative. If Kurodyne can't complete immediate delivery for a paid purchase, it refunds the full payment automatically, with no claim needed, as How are products delivered? explains. The Refund Policy in the Terms of Use is authoritative.
A partial refund leaves your access and license in place, and a full refund ends both. Once successful refunds total the full purchase amount, Kurodyne revokes your access to the product's files and withholds its product key and usage instructions.
The seller may restore your access after a full refund, which restores the same license. Package downloads return only if access is restored within 365 days after they stopped. After that, restoration returns the license, any product key, and the usage instructions, but not the package files. You can still message the seller in Kurodyne Relay after a refund if the seller offers it.
A payment dispute that you open with your bank doesn't by itself revoke your access or undo a full refund's effect on it. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, Kurodyne revokes your access and your license ends. The seller can't restore access after that outcome.
Kurodyne stops displaying your review when no purchase still grants you access to the product.
When your license ends, stop using and distributing the product and delete reusable copies you control. You don't have to recall ordinary finished work you lawfully delivered before then. Refunds and Payment Disputes (Kurodyne Commercial License, Section 10) states these license terms.
