After payment succeeds, Kurodyne delivers the product's current release to your Library: a downloadable package, a product key, or both, with the seller's usage instructions. A package is one ZIP file. A product key is one value, such as a license key, access link, invite code, password, redemption code, or another value the listing names. Every buyer of the product receives the same value. A password may unlock only a resource for that product, never a personal or shared account.
Before you buy, the product page shows the product's requirements, its current release, the kind of product key it delivers and that key's access requirements, and the package's file tree and README when the product has them. For a package, your Library shows its SHA-256 checksum, so you can verify a package checksum in the File Verifier to confirm that the file you downloaded matches the approved package. An approved update replaces the earlier release in your Library, including a replaced access link or a product key added later.
If Kurodyne can't complete immediate delivery for a paid purchase, it automatically refunds the full payment to your original payment method. You don't need to contact the seller or submit a refund claim. Nothing is delivered for that payment, and you can buy the product again after the refund completes. If a product key doesn't work as disclosed, follow the purchase support steps.
Kurodyne scans packages for malware with multiple automated detection engines and can send a package that needs further review to OpenAI Daybreak for security analysis. A security block, such as a confirmed threat or a file that fails integrity checks, stops downloads of that package. A pending or incomplete scan, or a finding under review, doesn't block downloads.
Your Library offers the product's current release, so downloads resume when an approved update from the seller replaces the package or Kurodyne's review clears the block. If that doesn't happen within 365 days after downloads became unavailable, package downloads for that purchase close permanently. Your license continues, and any product key and the usage instructions stay available while you have access to the purchase.
No scan detects every threat. Before you buy, check the package's file tree on the product page for files you don't expect. After you download a package, verify the package checksum against the value in your Library and scan the files with current security software before you open or use them. If your scan finds malware, follow the purchase support steps.
You can keep downloading the packages you bought for 6 months after a seller closes their account or Kurodyne closes it. Your Library shows when download access ends, so download the files and keep a backup in your own local or cloud storage before then. Files may be removed sooner for legal, policy, or security reasons.
Your Library keeps any product key and usage instructions you received while you have access to the purchase. Whether a product key keeps working can depend on the seller or a third-party provider, and any access period or other requirement shown before purchase still applies.
A seller leaving, or download access ending, doesn't by itself end your rights under the Kurodyne Commercial License in copies you lawfully acquired. When download access ends, the purchase moves to your Library's Archived view with its record, receipt, license link, and any product key and usage instructions.
