A card payment appears as the seller's statement name followed by
* KURODYNE, such as
ACME* KURODYNE. You buy from the seller, who is the merchant
of record, while Kurodyne operates the marketplace and Stripe processes the payment. The statement
name comes from the seller's Stripe account, so it can differ from their store name on Kurodyne.
Other payment methods can describe the charge differently, and some banks shorten the description or leave it out.
Look for a matching purchase in your Library and in your email. Your purchase receipts show the seller, the payment date, and the amount paid. The amount on your statement can differ after currency conversion by your bank.
If the purchase is yours but something is wrong with it, follow the purchase support steps. If you didn't make or authorize the payment, contact your bank or card issuer. To identify a charge you can't match, contact Kurodyne support with its date, amount, and statement description.
Checkout offers the payment methods the seller accepts through Stripe, such as credit and debit cards, and every price and charge is in US dollars (USD). Which methods appear depends on the seller's Stripe settings and on Stripe's eligibility checks, which consider your location, your device, and the payment's currency and amount.
You pay the Total shown in the checkout Order summary. If your card or account uses another currency, your bank converts that amount and may add a foreign transaction fee. Some banks also charge that fee when the seller's Stripe account is outside your country, even if your card uses US dollars.
Each paid purchase has two receipts. Kurodyne's purchase receipt is a PDF that shows the seller, the product, the payment date, and the amount paid. Find your receipt under the purchase in your Library. Stripe also emails its payment receipt to your verified email address.
For an invoice or another tax document, contact the seller. The seller is responsible for the documents their sales require, and Kurodyne's receipt doesn't replace them.
