You may use a product you bought for personal, internal business, and commercial purposes in unlimited projects, with no end date. Every product uses the Kurodyne Commercial License, which covers you or the one legal entity you are authorized to buy for, plus employees working for that buyer. The license can't be transferred. A partial refund doesn't end it. A full refund, or a payment dispute resolved in the buyer's favor, does. It can also end for a breach under the license's enforcement terms. The license doesn't extend an external account, subscription, or access-duration limit disclosed before purchase.
Private contractors and service providers, including hosted AI tools, may use the product only to work for that licensed buyer, under confidentiality and use limits. That permission doesn't allow general model training or use for the provider's other customers.
You may distribute finished sites, software, documents, presentations, reports, and other end products when that work doesn't expose the product as reusable material or function as a competing substitute for purchasing it. A client, affiliate, or other separate legal entity that needs reusable product files, templates, skills, prompts, or source for its own use must obtain them through its own buyer account and purchase on Kurodyne. You must not supply it with those files or modified copies, even if it holds its own license.
The license terms accepted when you select Complete order apply to the resulting purchase and its included updates. Later changes don't reduce those rights. Third-party components retain their own licenses and notices. Read the Kurodyne Commercial License before buying.
