Answers to common questions about buying and selling on Kurodyne.
Builders who work with AI coding agents sell each other agent skills and rules files, prompts and workflows, project starters, component libraries and UI kits, MCP servers and tools, and guides. Each listing delivers a package, a product key, or both, and every listing is reviewed by a person before it goes live.
You must be at least 18 to create an account, buy a product, or sell on Kurodyne. Selling also requires an eligible Stripe connected account.
No. One account works for both buying and selling. You can use separate accounts if you prefer to keep your buying and selling activity separate.
All prices are in US dollars (USD), and Stripe shows the available payment methods at checkout. These may include credit or debit cards and Stripe Link. Which methods appear depends on the seller's Stripe settings and Stripe's eligibility checks for the buyer, device, currency, and amount.
A product can include a downloadable ZIP package, a product key, or both. A product key may be a license key, access link, invite code, password, or redemption code. Before purchase, the product page shows the package contents, what you receive, and any buyer requirements. After the purchase completes, your Library holds the release, its product key, and any redemption instructions included with your purchase.
If Kurodyne cannot complete immediate delivery for a paid purchase, the payment follows the refund process. If a delivered link, key, code, or password does not work as disclosed, follow the purchase support steps.
Unless the product page says otherwise, you or your organization can use the product under a Standard License. The license has these limits:
- The license is nonexclusive, so the seller can license the same product to other buyers.
- You cannot transfer or sublicense the license to someone else.
- You cannot resell, redistribute, or bundle the product, claim it as your original work, or use it in a template or generator that outputs the product to end users.
A product page may state different license terms. Check them before buying. The License Terms section of the Terms of Use contains the full Standard License.
Packages are scanned for malware, and confirmed threats block downloads. No scan detects every threat, so read the package contents before you install a release, keep your device security software current, and scan downloaded files before opening them.
Card payments: Your statement shows the seller's Stripe statement descriptor followed by KURODYNE. Your bank controls the exact formatting.
Each paid purchase includes a simple Kurodyne purchase receipt in your Library. Stripe also emails its payment receipt to your verified account email. If you need another invoice or tax document, request it from the seller, who is responsible for documents required for their sales.
- Contact the seller through the Support section on the product page. Available options may include Kurodyne Relay, external channels such as Discord, LINE, Telegram, WhatsApp, or email, or both. Some options appear only after purchase.
- Contact Kurodyne if the seller has not provided support or the issue remains unresolved. Contact Kurodyne support and include the product link and purchase details.
Kurodyne may mediate, but the transaction remains between you and the seller. The product page tells you when the seller has not provided support options.
Purchases are nonrefundable after download or access, but you can submit a claim through the refund process if one of these issues applies:
- A download is corrupted or contains malware
- A delivered link, key, code, or password does not work as described
- The product is materially different from its listing, such as when major features shown in previews are missing
Contact the seller through the product page first. If the seller does not resolve the issue, contact Kurodyne support within 7 days of purchase. We'll investigate and may provide a corrected file, request a refund from the seller, or process one on their behalf. Kurodyne typically resolves valid claims within 7 business days.
Refunds are not available because you:
- Change your mind after downloading or accessing the product
- Prefer a different product
- Find a cheaper alternative
A partial refund leaves your access to the product in place. Once successful refunds total the full purchase amount, Kurodyne removes access to the product's files and hides its delivered links, keys, codes, passwords, private instructions, and your review. The seller may restore access after a full refund. Access remains available while a payment dispute is pending. If the dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor, access is removed and your review is hidden. The Refund Policy in the Terms of Use is authoritative and explains how refunds are returned.
You can continue downloading Kurodyne-hosted files for 6 months after the seller closes their account or is removed from Kurodyne. Files may be removed sooner for legal or policy reasons. Your Library shows when your download access is approaching its end.
Links, keys, codes, and passwords may depend on the seller or a third-party provider. Their availability remains subject to the buyer requirements shown before purchase. Keep a backup of downloaded files in your own local or cloud storage.
Individuals and companies can sell if they are at least 18 and qualify for a Stripe connected account that can accept payments and receive payouts. Stripe determines account availability, verification requirements, and supported countries.
A person at Kurodyne reviews every listing and every update before it goes live. Review times vary, and no approval timeframe is guaranteed. If Kurodyne requests changes, update the draft and resubmit it for review.
Yes. Connect an AI client that supports MCP to the Seller resource, and it can create a product, edit the listing, upload a package or import one from a URL, and submit it for review. Every submission goes through the same review as one made in the Product Editor. The MCP setup page has the connection steps and the permissions a client can request.
Yes, except while an update is under review or Kurodyne has locked editing for the product. Your saved changes form a draft. The current approved version can remain live while you edit if it stays visible and eligible for sale.
Which buyers receive an update depends on the buyer access channel attached to each purchase:
- Continue the current buyer channel: Existing buyers in that channel receive the approved update with their next download at no extra cost.
- Start a new buyer channel: The approved update applies only to future purchases. Existing buyers stay on their current channel.
You can choose either option when an update keeps the same key delivery rules, meaning the rules for whether and how buyers receive a product key. An update that changes those rules must start a new channel.
For example, suppose you first sell a starter as a plain package, then add a required access key for a hosted service. Earlier buyers remain on the original channel and can download its last approved version without a key. New purchases receive the key-protected version and an individually assigned key. Later updates to the new channel reach only buyers in that channel.
Yes. You can list your products on multiple platforms.
Kurodyne charges a flat 15% platform fee on every sale. The same rate applies to every seller. Stripe processing fees apply separately. The Payments section of the Terms of Use explains how the fee is applied.
Stripe processing fees depend on the connected account's country, payment method, and account agreement. Review the current pricing shown by Stripe for your account.
Your earnings are the sale price minus the platform fee charged for that sale and Stripe's processing fee.
Funds from a sale appear in your Stripe balance. Stripe sends available funds to your bank account according to the payout schedule and availability rules for your connected account. Kurodyne never holds your money.
Manage supported payout schedules in the Stripe Dashboard. See Stripe's payout documentation(opens in a new tab) for current options.
Your obligations depend on where you operate, where buyers are located, what you sell, and your business structure. In general:
- Include taxable sales income in your tax returns and pay any income tax due.
- Register, collect, file, and remit transaction taxes when applicable.
- Keep complete records of sales, fees, refunds, and payouts from your first sale.
- Use Stripe's transaction and fee reports as records, not as a completed tax return.
Registration thresholds and rules vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining where you must register and for meeting the applicable pricing, collection, filing, and remittance requirements.
Kurodyne does not register you, file returns, or remit taxes for you. Stripe provides tax products that may help calculate or collect tax, but using them does not replace your responsibility to configure them correctly and meet your obligations.
Withholding rules depend on the account holder, the service, and the jurisdictions involved. Review Stripe's records and the rules that apply to your business before remitting tax or issuing a certificate.
A chargeback becomes a payment dispute in Stripe. Stripe debits the disputed amount and related fees from your account. Handle the dispute in your Stripe Dashboard, where you can review the details, submit evidence, and track the decision. Stripe manages the process with the buyer's bank.
Review Stripe's dispute documentation(opens in a new tab) for guidance on responding to disputes.
